Yoga 101
This Trauma-Informed Yoga class offers stress management via self-regulating resources, known to provide a sense of safety in your body, whether on or off the mat. Students will be invited to experience breath and movement practices, via choice-making, accessible (modified) yoga postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices that will ground you into the present moment and give you an introduction to hatha yoga.
