Return Policy

All sales are final without a refund. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

In order to protect our employees and our customers from any risk, we will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. This policy is consistent at all our stores, as well as with all of our competitors. Once a product has left the store, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.

Wrong Address

If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, and the shipment is returned to our facility, the customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if and as applicable).

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@hausofananda.com
